Holly Jackson Jul 15, 2013

Patriots Point is excited to announce that as part of the SC Army National Guard Summer Concert Series, the 246 Army Band will perform on board the U.S.S. Yorktown this week.

The concert begins at 2pm Friday, July 19th on the Yorktown and will end about 3:30pm.  Regular parking and admission to Patriots Point still apply, but there is no extra cost for the concert.

“Listening to patriotic songs performed by those who served our country is an honor,” Patriots Point Executive Director Mac Burdette said.  “Add in the location of the USS Yorktown and there’s no doubt the American pride will be alive and well at their performance Friday.”
