750 Sailors Volunteer at Patriots Point

Holly Jackson Sep 09, 2013

Hundreds of sailors from the Navy Nuclear Power Training Command volunteered at Patriots Point Friday, September 6th, through Trident United Way’s Day of Caring.  Around 750 sailors scrubbed the USS Yorktown, hauled yard debris and painted various parts of the museum to help make it more inviting for the community.  Enjoy the following photos taken by Jim Vickers of Patriots Point.  To all who pitched in their time, we say “Thank You!”
