On 17 July Das Boot begins a 3 night run with submarine tour at Patriots Point…details here…torpedoes are the submarine’s weapons of destruction, today we’ll look at our modern torpedoes, which don’t physically impact ships anymore, but explode underneath the keel of a ship forcing a tsunami of water pressure up to break a ship in half…watch these and you’ll never want to be on the receiving end of a Mark 48!
