Naval aviators out West!

If you thought flying off an aircraft carrier at night was pretty hairy, check out this video below of a 15 year old girl in a steep mountain canyon in Washington State. She fell off a cliff into the Skokomish River. It happened on a hike with several other people in the Skokomish River Canyon under the Steel Bridge, which is 450 feet high.

The girl was suffering from injuries and hypothermia.

Click here to see this amazing rescue by a United States Navy helicopter crew! They actually flew under the bridge and hovered in swirling winds to make the rescue!

Update on the teenager here…she’s listed in serious condition as of Wednesday afternoon, 18 August.
