First Homegrown Music Festival At Patriots Point

Over 374 music lovers came out to hear the songwriter/singers perform at Patriots Point and Awendaw Green‘s first ever Homegrown Music Festival at Patriots Point under the trees on Sunday! The weather was sunny and temperature in the low 70’s, no bugs and a friendly crowd with food and drinks available. The crowd was an incredible variety of ages and fashions…even some pets showed up, but I didn’t hear any howling along with the musicians.

Even the beasts enjoyed the music!
Once the sun began to set and the temperature cooled, a few fires were stoked to warm the crowd.
Thanks to all the musician who participated in this first year’s festival and to Eddie White and Awendaw Green. We’re looking forward to more amazing music and good times under the trees at Patriots Point in the future!
