New Board Members at Patriots Point
Waring Hills Oct 07, 2010Mr. Lanneau H. Siegling and Mr. Edwin S. Taylor have been appointed to the Patriots Point Development Authority Board. Both Mr. Siegling and Mr. Taylor bring military, professional and community service experience to the current board at Patriots Point.
General Lanneau Siegling, South Carolina National Guard (Retired)
Mr. Siegling retired as Brigadier General in the South Carolina National Guard, worked in the Hotel Industry, most recently the Embassy Suites Hilton Hotel, and served on many boards and commissions and recently was the Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of The Trident Area, Charleston from 2008-2010.
Mr. Edwin "Eddie" Taylor
Mr. Taylor was a Vietnam War veteran serving with the United States Air Force and is a 1975 graduate of The Citadel. He has owned several restaurants is a South Carolina State Licensed General Contractor, Real Estate Broker and served as the former Commissioner for Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission and as a member of the South Carolina Renewable Energy Infrastructure Development Oversight Committee.
