Sweat on the Ship is an all-levels strength and movement experience designed to help you close out your week with intention. Held on the flight deck of the USS Yorktown, this unique workout session blends functional strength training with breathwork, mobility, and grounding movement. Surrounded by sea breeze, golden skies, and the historic energy of the ship, you’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and recharged. All ages and fitness levels are welcome—come start your day with us.

Bringing a water and mat is recommended.
