Post Booking Info

While you prepare for your upcoming visit, please take note of the following details and deadlines. The rest of the pre-arrival information, such as what to bring and where to park, can be found here in the camping booklet. You are responsible for the information in this packet.

Countdown to your visit
  • 45 days prior to arrival - Your final payment is now due. Please note our cancellation fees of $30 per person.
  • 14 days prior to arrival - No educational experiences can be added or subtracted to your reservation.
  • 7 days prior to arrival - Make sure you have contacted Top Shelf about food allergies or restrictions.
  • 3 days prior to your arrival - No refunds may be made past this point. Only transfers on dates.
  • The Thursday prior to arrival -Your group’s Plan of the Day, or “POD,” will be posted online.
  • Day of arrival - Have your completed camping roster for Patriots Point staff.
Arrival

Groups should arrive between 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. on the first day of their stay. Please note, groups must arrive no later than 8:00 P.M. The group should plan to arrive at Patriots Point simultaneously. Due to the nature of our Orientation Program, this is important for our staff to make sure everyone stays together.
