What time is check-in?
All groups may check in between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the day of their reservation.
What happens when we arrive?
Your group will be welcomed by our staff and guided down the pier to board the USS Yorktown. Each participant will carry their own gear onto the ship, so be sure to pack accordingly! Once aboard, you’ll head to the ship’s theater for a brief welcome and safety video to kick off your adventure.
Can we arrive early to explore the ship before check-in?
Absolutely! Groups are welcome to arrive early to make the most of their visit. We just ask that all personal items remain in your vehicles until the official check-in time.
What time is check-out?
All groups must check out by 9:00 a.m. on the morning following the final day of their reservation.
Can we stay after check-out?
Yes! Operation Overnight groups are welcome to continue exploring the ship after check-out. Many groups choose to extend their visit with a self-guided tour or by booking a private program to round out their experience.
